Individual conversations with practitioners working close to an emerging problem.
02 — Map
Identify recurring problems, missing relationships, institutional gaps, and people who should know one another.
03 — Convene
Build a small room around a specific question rather than hosting broad networking events.
04 — Follow through
Make introductions, support promising collaborations, and test whether a working group, experiment, or new program should exist.
Outpost does not measure success by audience size. We care more about whether useful relationships, collaborations, and programs exist afterward that probably would not have existed otherwise.
